We can’t just have people speaking their piece to the elected powers all Willy nilly now can we? We’ll all learn soon enough to keep our opinions to ourselves. Well, there are rules to every meeting. Hell, we live in a rule based society. We teach our kids to follow the rules, all for a reason. You can voice your opinion and not get arrested. Facts:
1. Ivermectin has been shown to kill COVID in a test tube. Whether it can be safely administered in a high enough dosage is TBD.
2. Meta analysis of studies done of Ivermectin have shown a positive effect as a prophylactic and treatment. This may change as studies are added or withdrawn.
3. Provinces in India that followed the Ivermectin protocol saw a dramatic drop in cases while those that did not follow the protocol did not see the same drop in cases. This can't be used as definitive proof of effectiveness because this was not a controlled study.
Conclusion:
There is evidence that Ivermectin can be used to treat or prevent COVID but no health organization in the developed world will adopt that stance without controlled studies showing proof. There are currently no large controlled studies to make a determination.
Facts:
1. Dr. Fauci has supported and funded gain of function research through various organizations of which he is on the board or is in charge of. Through these same mechanisms he has funded the Wuhan lab.
2. Gain of function research could have created COVID 19. There is no definitive evidence that it was or was not created in a lab and there likely never will be due to China's refusal to cooperate with investigations.
3. COVID 19 cases were first reported in Wuhan. The closest match to the virus on record is from a cave 7 hours away in rural China.
4. No crossover animal has been identified.
5. There was a concerted effort in 2020 by certain members of the scientific community that support gain of function research to put out a public message and "scientific consensus" that it was impossible for COVID to have been engineered in a lab. There is email evidence of the formulation of this letter and who should sign it or not sign it to give an appearance of validity.
Conclusion:
The most likely source of COVID 19 is a leak from the Wuhan lab. A lot of people involved in the kind of research that most likely produced it have tried to distance themselves from it and this includes Dr. Fauci. I don't like the guy and have found his response to inquiries over his involvement to be evasive and dishonest.
Facts:
1. COVID vaccines can reduce (but not eliminate) transmission and severe outcomes from COVID. Effectiveness varies by vaccine with J&J being in the 60%'s in clinical trials.
2. Long term effects of mRNA vaccines are unknown. Nanoparticle delivery is new and has been shown to be toxic in the past however it is believed that lipids are safe and will break down in the body.
3. Countries with high vaccination rates such as Sweden, Iceland, and Israel have still experienced large COVID outbreaks.
4. Vaccines have shown a significantly reduced rate of efficacy with the Delta variant (as low as 30% for J&J)
5. The delta variant first emerged in India in October 2020 and was not caused by the vaccines or people choosing to not get vaccinated (they were not yet available)
6. Studies have found an improved immune response for those who have been vaccinated after having COVID vs those who have had it and did not get vaccinated.
7. Natural antibodies from previous infection provide greater protection than vaccination without a previous infection.
Conclusion:
I think the vaccine is great for a lot of people, especially at risk people. It is not going to make COVID go away and I strongly disagree with mandates, especially because there is much greater risk of spread from vaccinated individuals versus those with active antibodies who are not factored into such discussions. Personal health should be the individual's right to decide and accept risk. Authoritarian mandates "for safety" have often been abused in the past by governments to commit horrible atrocities (Japanese internment camps ring a bell?). I disagree on principle and am against surrendering my rights to a government that often does not give back rights once they are taken. If the vaccine completely prevented the spread then I might have a different view but since it doesn't do that it seems excessive to mandate it, the real risk is mainly borne by those that don't take it.
I don't see how any of that is some "crazy conspiracy " but whatever, lemmings are going to follow official talking points and attack/gaslight anybody who questions the official narrative.

Joking aside 10-20, even 50% effectiveness could be worse than no masks if it means people are out and about more and shedding viral load. If say it's 30% effective with a cloth mask, and by wearing it you go out 50% more than you would have without it, that's a net gain in exposure.
This was a point the CDC said in March of 2020. That masks can give false confidence to people, keep them from social distancing and engaging in more activity than they would otherwise.
