Dan Moore Jr

In the intro last night I believe he said he was from O Line U. Did anyone else hear that? Kinda cool. Always forget about this guy, it appears he is in the last year of his rookie contract. I expect he will get paid but I didn't see any articles about a new contract. Saw an April '24 article citing he is one of the lower ranked left tackles in the NFL. Anyone keeping up with this guy?

Portal

Add what you think, I love the future of our offensive line, but here is what we will need to add through the portal.

DB- 2
WR- 4
DLine- 4
LB-1
OL-2
RB-1 or 2
TE- O

Of course, this is determined as of now, and with our attrition it could change. We will need WR and Defensive line for sure.

Dylan update……UPDATED at the top.

UPDATE

I mentioned her last Lemonade Stand fundraiser coming up soon. Well she’s doing it at a charity golf tournament this Monday October 7th. For the last 7 years she’s done lemonade stands in the summer and cocoa stands in the winter to raise money. In these small community events, she’s up to $40,000 raised. She’s set a high goal for this one to hopefully get her over $50,000 total. We created an online page for those that wish to help out. Putting the link here for those inclined. Thanks for all the prayers over the years. She will make you proud!!

For some of you olds, and for you newbies, my daughter Dylan was the Aggieyell 2nd annual Christmas charity recipient. You amazing people raised over $15k for her……which was used on her prosthetic expenses the last few years. I’d like to send an update on where she is now. She’s just been accepted to A&M next year. Hoping to become a nurse practitioner in pediatric oncology.

Small favor. She’s doing her final lemonade stand in October. We will have an online donation link. I’ll post when live……please consider.

Final lemonade stand held today. $3grand. Bumping if anyone else feels the calling to support her cause.

I would like to know the opinions of anyone that thinks this was a good idea. Sincerely, please give me some reason to understand how this helped us.

I am being serious, and would like to know. Opened thread here because it has to be political.

I promised I wouldn't do it, but PFF scores from Saturday

I swear, you'd think Mizzou's players deserved a pat on the butt for a job well done.

Update on a key recruit

Mesquite Horn 4-star OL and Missouri commit Lamont Rogers was at A&M yesterday and got to see the demolition firsthand. Some people I've talked to since now feel pretty confident that the Aggies will end up flipping him.
Having Rogers join a class that includes Jonte Newman (who I'm very high on), Josh Moses, Conner Carty, Tyler Thomas and Marcus Garcia was be stout. And heck, I'd keep working on Michael Fasusi if OU continues to struggle with its line play.

Leveon Moss & Rueben Owens Next Year

So the guy leading the SEC in rushing at the moment and considered one of the hottest commodities at RB in the country was apparently not even supposed to be our RB1 to start the season. If Moss does indeed decide to come back next year, which he very well may, then these two guys could bring something very special to Aggieland next year. They would be by FAR the best RB duo we’ve ever had and that’s including the Lane/Goodson duo back in the day.

Signs of a well coached team

1. Turnovers, or lack there of. No fumbles, receivers fighting for the ball to prevent int's etc.

2. Sure tackling. Very few missed tackles by this defense. Again so many missed tackles under our last group of coaches.

3. Not seeing missed assignments and unlocked defenders. How many times over the last several years have we seen defenders just blow through our O-line because they didn't know who to block? How many times did we see RB's just let blitzers run right passed them?

We hired the right guy who brought the right coaches with him.
