Anyway, I've been looking for potential A&M targets, mostly at corner, wideout, defensive line and offensive line. Here are some players who have significant followings from A&M coaches:
UNC DE Beau Atkinson (35 tackles, 7.5 sacks) -- but he has already set up trips to Ohio State and Georgia.
UNC OL Zach Rice (followed by 5 A&M coaches or staffers; 5-star, #24 nationally in 2022
Elon DE Kahmari Brown (33 tackles, 9 TFL, 4.5 sacks as a freshman in 2024)
UNC CB Zion Ferguson (DNP as a true freshman last year; 4-star in 2024)
Penn State CB Jon Mitchell; 4-star in the 2024 class, 5 tackles in 2024; followed by four A&M coaches, including DC Jay Bateman, who he is now following. A&M did not offer out of high school.
South Dakota State OT Joe Cotton; 1 sack allowed in 777 snaps in 2024
Rutgers OG Jaelyne Matthews; 4 coaches/staff and the official A&M twitter page
West Virginia DE Romando Johnson; 2025 signee, so this could be leftover followings from his recruitment
UNC redshirt freshman DT Joel Starlings; hasn't played much, but is 6-4, 325.
Colorado DE Taje McCoy; 23 tackles, 4 TFL, 4 sacks in his freshman season
UNC WR Gavin Blackwell; 18 catches, 239 yards and a touchdown in 2022; dealt with serious injuries since
