I got a MS Surface Pro 2. Today, when I plug it in, I'm not getting any electricity to it. It's got the power cord with the 5 small magnets that attach along the side. Basically not a plug in. I can wiggle it and try to get a better connection and the small white light on the end will flash, but I'm currently unable to recharge the battery.
Have you ever heard of this on the 2 and do you know of any solutions? I may have to buy a new power supply which would suck, but I've got to solve this challenge this week. I'm thinking (as I look at the magnets) that one or more of the little posts seem a bit recessed and therefore cannot make proper contact.
Any ideas would be helpful. I live off my Surface for work.
