flying out tomorrow through Tokyo and heading to a conference for next week. Any recommendations? Unfortunately (or fortunately?) not hanging on the main Okinawa island. Curious. My neighbor who is an Air Force contractor has been to Okinawa many times and said "it is really hot". Yup...outside of the beach and unexploded mortar shells, noodles, and seafood, what else does AW have?
