I went to “recovery.chase.com/cares” and filled out some sort of preliminary online form in which they responded they received my info and a chase rep would contact me.

Anyone fill out the 2 page application and get their money same day? (that is what Mnuchin said would happen). I did buy a lottery ticket as I felt I had similar odds.
Chase sent an email last night basically saying they would not be ready. No surprise.
