For some reason, I havd this feeling that we're going to regret not keeping him and it will come back to haunt us. I sure hope I am wrong on this one. His own offenses and play callng (not Jimbo's) have always been very productive and creative.
I think it is obvious that Elko is a very honest and ethical man so it makes me wonder if he didn't keep Petrino because of Petrino's shady off field charactar or because of something else.
We know Petrino will have full control at Arkansas. Arkansas has it's own list of player problems. Hopefully they don't have a lot of success in the portal giving Petrino more to work with. I'm sure there is no love lost with him now.
