PA and now Michigan will allowed ballots to be counted well after election day

would love for a group to go through voter rolls to demonstrate the issues at hand. not that that has not been done many times showing the errors. I believe that is a true definition of disenfranchisement.

can the AG rule on legality of mail-in ballot rules,
e.g. limiting count to 48 hours after official close of polls?

I’m not sure but Michigan, PA and NC have already said they are counting ballots way after Election Day.
yea, that's the basis for my question.. can AG rule that unlawful, or even limiting the mail-in vote to close of polls.

Many states count absentee votes last. And if the percentage of the difference between the winning candidate and the runner up is greater than the percentage of the state vote that is absentee, then they throw out the absentee vote, not counting them,
EXAMPLE - Absentee votes = 9% of the total state vote. But Candidate A has beaten Candidate B by 10% of the resident state vote. So the absentee votes are thrown out & uncounted because even if every absentee vote went to Candidate B, he would still lose by 1 percent.
