Anyway, since the demotion of Watson, its clear that Wickline is not an OC--his job change at tu was not a promotion and OSU is demanding 500K payoff. S. Patterson is trying to avoid paying the 500K, but won't confirm that Wickline had an OC title to his positition at tu--kind of screwing Wickline.
