Monday Portal update(s) (latest at 8:50 p.m.)

I'll update this throughout the day.

Kam Dewberry is the latest Aggie in.
UAB QB Jacob Zeno is on campus today. He would be a 7th year senior next year.
UGA CB Julian Humphrey is visiting Friday. He has been on campus enough that I'm not sure what's new.
A&M has already reached out to WRs Micah Hudson (Tceh) and KC Concepcion (NC State) and both are expected to visit. I have both on the target list on the Portal Tracker.
A&M has offered Western Kentucky DE Deante McCray, who had 53 tackles, 3 TFL and 2.5 sacks this season. He would be a junior next season.

If you want updates from other programs, let me know.

4:10 update: The visits are getting serious. Micah Hudson will be on campus today and tomorrow, KC Concepcion will be in tomorrow and Wednesday, and Florida DE Kelby Collins will be in tomorrow and Wednesday.

4;28 update: TJ Shanahan is going in the portal. That's your first wow.

4:55 update: A&M has commenced pursuit of CB Jaylon Braxton, who was CB1 for Arkansas coming into the season but was hurt in week 2 and missed the rest of the year. He would be a redshirt sophomore.

8:50 update: I said Friday that the Aggies would probably take a look at Will Heldt, the DE who replaced Nic Scourton at Purdue. Heldt has set up a visit to A&M.

Outdoor faucet protection during a freeze

Howdy Ags. It is 73 degrees at my house and I am getting things prepped for a freeze.

For my outdoor faucets I tried these last year and they worked.

https://www.freezemiser.com/

They have a thermal wax that shrinks and allows dripping when below 37 and expands and seals/reseals when it warms up.

You are set up for the whole winter and if you use a y valve, you still have access to your faucet. And no more styrofoam faucet covers

Tuesday portal updates (latest at 10:20 p.m.)

Punter Keegan Andrews and DE Josh Celiscar have entered the portal. I hadn't even mentioned Celiscar for a while, so that just takes the scholarship count to 76.
I did some looking last night (and this isn't really portal related) and I think Deuce Fatheree may have trouble getting a medical redshirt. He played in five games last year, so Jimbo screwed him pretty hard. There was no reason for him to play on special teams. That would drop the count to 75.

A&M offered Western Georgia DE Malik Charles last night. He had 20 tackles and 4 sacks last year.

Nebraska DE James Williams (14 tackles, 5.5 TFL, 5 sacks) will visit next week.

10:10 update: Last year, A&M got Rodas Johnson from Wisconsin for his final season. They have just offered Rodas Johnson's replacement, James Thompson. Thompson only played in one game last year, but he had 29 tackles, 5.5 TFL and 3 sacks in 2023.

4:45 p.m. update: A&M has set up visits with WRs Nic Anderson, Barion Brown and Mario Carver. They are all in on receivers.

5:20 update: Nebraska EDGE Princewill Umanmeilen (Princely's brother), a native of Manor, will visit A&M Friday and Saturday.

10:20 pm update: Micah Hudson will take one and maybe two visits before deciding, but the trip to A&M was a positive one.

Health update

Long story short, because there may be some info I’ve divulged in the past, I received another good quarterly mri scan and no perfusion or necrosis visible.

The sec for voting them in (Sankey)

It’s been over 2 years since I got a bad report where my brain tumor had almost doubled in size. This was several months after I took a job at BUMC (Baylor Hospital in Dallas) because I wanted to get tuition reimbursement to be a rad tech (MRI, Xray, CT, whatever), but in order to do so, I had to be fully vaccinated, which I did not care for. However, I would also receive life insurance for my family). I’m not saying the jab was the cause for the increase in size, and not to make it political, but the timing is sure suspect. The doc put me on a chemo infusion and Avastin for the necrosis, from there I had a DVT & a PE, which dang near killed me in the ER. So doc stopped both the chemo and the Avastin, and now I’m on blood thinners for life. Then she found an inhibitor for the genetic mutation I have. This med caused me to have frequent seizures, and I was going through a nasal spray so often she thought I was abusing it. So, off of the inhibitor, since then, I started taking natural herbs that I researched and a family member in Georgia has taken for breast cancer.
Since then, I have had great reports on MRI scans, but oncologist has still wanted to recommend different chemo drugs. Turned them down but put one in the chamber for later should I need it. It’s actually another inhibitor that has shown fewer seizures.
I can’t walk very well anymore (left leg) and my left arm does not move, gave up my DL, had to go on disability, but taking online classes to get a certification as an oncology data specialist (formerly called cancer tumor registrar), or something else I can do from home besides sit on my ass watching lone star law and my live game camera.

Gig’em!
