Does anyone have a recommendation for an attorney who works on long term health care insurance issues? My Mom has had a policy for more than 30 years, now has Alzheimer’s, and I am having to battle the company for claims that are being denied. It is absurd and clear no one is reading a freaking word I send them.

Any recommendations are appreciated. Thanks, boys.

Doesn’t seem like this is going to work with today’s players in a one and done and NIL era.

Reflecting on the number of Aggie players entering the Transfer Portal (Noah Thomas and TJ Shanahan for example) it seems that if the Coaches show no "loyalty" to players, then the players should have no "loyalty" to the coaches or school. Coach says, "you may be our leading player, but we are going to shop the Portal to find someone to compete with you, hopefully someone better. You know, in case you get injured." The player might as well enter the Portal and look out for themselves. Makes sense to me that both the coach and the player must simply explore the Portal. "It is The Way".
