A group of 7 of us (2 Ags including myself) got on a very nice deer lease in Zapata County this last year and are looking to add up to three new members to get us to ten total and help out with costs and work requirements. Once we get to ten members, we're capping our membership. If anyone is interested, please contact me at the below number. A few bullets about our place:
-The lease size is 4,400 contiguous acres (square-shaped) and is part of the headwaters of Falcon Lake
-TPWD MLD Level 3 Management Program in place
-Completely enclosed with high fence
-Currently 7 total members
-Year-round lease with family members and guests welcomed
-Objective is obviously deer management to grow and harvest trophy class (150"+) whitetail bucks but other available game include dove (fantastic hunting), quail (also fantastic), ducks, feral hogs, varmints
-Existing camp with water, sewer, electricity
-12 blinds and feed stations existing
-We feed protein outside of deer season
-Outstanding deer herd and genetics
