The lease is for 4,406 acres, and is located 13 miles from of Zapata, Texas. It is accessible through Hwy 16.The 4,400 acres are high fenced, and has been managed for over 20 years. It is MLD Level III. There are 4 main pastures of the ranch and there is hub in each of the pastures where there is water from a well. There is also several man made ponds on the property. The lease has twelve (12) feeding locations spread throughout the ranch. At some of the feed stations there are either a two man hunting blind, one man blind, or tripod. .
