Putin got into power by having explosions set off in Russia and claiming it was a terrorist or foreign state attacking Russia. He manipulated the situation to be the head of Russia. Was it him again as more and more reports are suggesting the possibility of Putin being overthrown or assassinated by rival groups in Russia.
Might be one of those groups going after Putin.
I think it would be a stupid move for Ukraine to try to assassinate Putin at the Kremlin.
