After a full day plus to throw everyone under the bus that can be thrown, what really will it take to get this team on track to complete on a meaningful level?
As some have said, it's early in the season with a completely new coaching staff. Does this team just need a little time to gel? With a little time will they be firing on all cylinders when weeks 5 and 6 and 7 roll around?
Is it more than that? Do we really not have the personnel to complete? Do we have a mentality or culture that funnels the team to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory?
Or do we just need better leadership? On the team? On the staff?
Or is it us? Have we been missing the leadership right here on AggieYell that could help provide that spark to kick this program in gear and get us to the levels that we dream of.
