I like the home alone steak.
My wife is in CO, since she lives on a school schedule (spring break related) and I’m an adult that has grown children.
So, I have the house to myself, free to watch all the gory shit my wife doesn’t like, and also unrestrained by any dietary restrictions but my own. As such, I have procured a nice fatty grass fed and finished ribeye steak, which I will be doing a reverse sear and serving (to me) with a beech mushroom and red wine sauce (a mushroom bordelaise if you will).
