From that hotbed of sports minutiae, the WSJ:

Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff has been extraordinarily hot lately. After Sunday’s 24-14 win over the Green Bay Packers in the rain, when he completed 18-of-22 passes, Goff has now 82.8% of his passes over the last six games. With a minimum of 100 attempts, that’s the highest over a six-game span in NFL history, beating a Peyton Manning run for the Indianapolis Colts in 2008.

What’s been perhaps more impressive, though, has been the reliability of his star receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown. Over those same six games, he has now caught 30 consecutive targets. According to the league’s advanced modeling, the chance of that based on the difficulty of each reception: 0.0001%.

That’s roughly equivalent to 1-in-780,000.
