By, the book, if a defender is engaged physically with the offensive player attempting make a catch while the ball is in the air, it is pass interference. If you look at the tape, the ball was in the air, and the defenders had hands on the WR, and even gave him a little love shove. The slow motion version shows the ball was in the air when they were playing handsies. it is odd that the full speed version is a different camera angle than the slow motion version. But, by the book, I can see why they called a PI, initially.
