Trying to Remember a Recruit - Need Help

I'm probably blurring a few stories together here, by did we either have a WR/ATH/DB that committed or signed with us and ended up transferring to USC and then Washington St?

I feel like it was a National Top 100 type guy. Explosive athlete.

Sitting here at this AirBnB with my college buddies naming random recruits and we just can pin this guy who may or may not even exist.
