Anyone used both and have a preference on the Texas Pro vs BGE Large? It's time to retire my busted ass cheap weber and I figured since I can't get good brisket out here I need to make my own. Need something a little more forgiving than those pro rigs some of you guys are using, but also need the versatility to cook steaks, chicken, etc. I can get a Traeger Texas Pro for around $600, no idea what a BGE really costs when it's all said and done. If the BGE rates better, how does it stack up to Primos?
