He needs to go re-take early American history. Racism wasn't even a definable term to them and owning slaves wasn't a reason America was founded especially since the rest of the world practiced the same. If being woke is being stupid and oblivious to history leave me asleep.

People get wound up way to easily. He has the right to believe what he wants. I don’t agree with him but my opinion of him hasn’t changed other than I think he is misguided.

Astros not playing tonight, either.

HS football players sitting out.

Right when we get covid somewhat on the back heels, we're not allowed to play again.

Serious question with this - what is the defined endpoint when people will say "ok, there is no more social injustice"? What metric is used? How do we know when it is done?

Reparations.

Yeah... America has been horrible to RT.

I love football. I love college football games soo much. I used to really enjoy Monday night football and Thursday night games.... but you know... I'm really OK without them.

Unfortunately for them and us, they are about to realize what happens when the free market quietly shouts, and sponsors aren't so inclined to pay big $$ anymore, and people stop Buying expensive tickets to games and buying $15 beer and $12 hot dogs.

What did you really expect RT to say? There’s $118mil reasons why I would’ve BSed my way thru that.

They tried to cancel drew brees for a pretty harmless comment. Probably a smart move for Ryan. Someone needs to stand up to this narrative, but Ryan tannehill isn’t the guy. The mob would just run him over.

Wrong ... the only correct answer is “when the robots and/or Aliens annihilate all of us”.

Because at a time when we should be having vigorous debate over the potential abolition of or at a minimum international regulations and policies (here is one of the very few areas where I believe in international accords) that are needed to oversee with the heaviest of hands the direction of AI, sub atomic genetic manipulation, gene splicing and 5G ubiquity we are instead protesting with the fervor of Zach de la Rocha the wearing of masks and the merits of doing away with the Police.

Not to mention that this year the US military authenticated both the existence and unknown nature of the subjects shown in 4 different videos which show, track and measure air/sea craft who’s Maneuverability, speed and avionics highly suggest an extra/ultra-terrestrial origins which should be given “Biggest Story of the A.D.’s” status but instead 99% of the press and large majority of the public are too wrapped up with the reporting on the opinions, thoughts and ideas held by stupidly compensated, embarrassingly coddled for being highly athletic ball players who, by and large, possess little to no formal or informal education to supply the background nor credentials necessary to form opinions or ideas regarding anything, aside from those relating to the sport they play professionally, which are worthy of being covered by the news media or given credence by the public. In any sane society they would be seen as actionably useless opinion that any other uninformed citizen could just as easily possess.

I understand his sentiment, but he sounded a little stupid and I disagree that America was “founded on racism”. That’s an incorrect statement. America’s founding paved the way for a more equal world, not the other way around. If he would have said we have an issue with racism, I would wholeheartedly agree.

In any case, he’s trying to do the right thing.

So maybe all these rich entitled athletes should become cops and show us how to police operations correctly. Where are all these athletes protesting all the black children being killed weekly in Chicago. They could save lives if they told people to not resist arrest and fight with cops. Also maybe they should get all the information before reacting to every incident of white cops using lethal force.

Or what about police shootings of other races?

We do not know Tannahills feelings. He just signed a 4 year 118 million contract. He is doing what is required for him to perform at the office. My guess, is that we would all do the same thing for $118.

Nice rant

yeah, I kinda get it. But at the same time, I think you can survive by not saying anything. While I want someone with a pulpit to counter the BS, I get that they can’t (sadly). But it seems you could at least say nothing.

Not all of us are willing to throw away our principles for money.
If he truly believes it then he should say that. If he’s like Drew Brees and only doing it to avoid backlash and to virtue signal he’s pathetic.
