Thoughts from watching the game again

The first half was not near as bad as I thought, having been at the game. On Moss’s fumble, he had broken the tackle. If he holds onto the ball, he likely scores. There were two big third downs where LSU converted that they shouldn’t have, and then there was the absurd missed tackle that put them up 17-7. You clean up just a little of that, and the first half is a different ball game.

I have been a little concerned about Reed and his inaccuracy. He’s only completing maybe 55% for the season, but they showed Wigman’s stats. Before the game he was only completing 60%. After that abysmal showing, it’s clear that Reed is the guy. He is statistically the same as CW and has the legs.

If you haven’t seen his post game interview or press conference, you should watch them. Kid is very poised and a great leader. This could get very, very interesting. Oh, Herby was drooling all over him. Apparently his kids went to school with Reed. He says we haven’t seen anything yet!
