Riley Gaines was physically and verbally assaulted last night when she was speaking at SFSU. An angry mob followed her and police officers as they retreated. They ended up barricading themselves in a room for 3 hours.
I’m sure that this thread won’t last long before it’s moved to political purgatory, but this is an issue facing college sports today, albeit more on the women’s side.
I don’t think that biological males should be competing with females. Why have a female division in the first place if you’re going to let in males. Second, why are you labeled as “anti-trans” if you hold this belief. I have no problem with people who want to identify as something other than their birth gender, but I have a problem males competing in female-only leagues. I have a young daughter, and I would be upset if she doesn’t get to advance in her sports because some guy who identifies as female takes away her opportunity,
