He had a very constructive call with coach Mike Elko Wednesday night and he will no longer be visiting Ole Miss, just Alabama and Texas A&M now.
Sounds like he still remains quite solid in his commitment.
"His message was how much he really wants me to be a part of his squad and how he really likes the way I'm sideline to sideline making plays and I thought of him as a great coach," Jernigan said. "He has a winning mentality and for that I see him as my coach."
