Texas A&M Athletics to Celebrate Donors at 12th Man Foundation Summer Meeting

Event set for June 24-27 at Beaver Creek Resort in Colorado

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, Texas – A group of Texas A&M student-athletes, coaches and staff will travel to Colorado this week to honor the incredible impact that 12th Man Foundation donors make on Aggie Athletics at the organization’s annual Summer Meeting.

One of the most anticipated events on the 12th Man Foundation calendar each year, the Summer Meeting is a family-friendly, convention-style event that honors donors’ commitment and passion for supporting championship athletics at Texas A&M. The event, which is exclusive to donors at the MVP level or higher, will be held June 24-27 at Beaver Creek Resort in Colorado.

“We are so excited for this weekend, especially after having to cancel the 2020 in-person Summer Meeting,” says Michael Solomon, 12th Man Foundation’s Senior Vice President of Annual Fund and Donor Services. “It is great to gather with our donors and discuss everything going on around the world of college athletics, specifically Texas A&M Athletics, all while enjoying Aggie fellowship and a weekend of fun. The impact donors make on the lives of over 600 Texas A&M student-athletes is too significant to convey during a single weekend, but our hope is that everyone who attends the Summer Meeting leaves with a deeper bond with Texas A&M Athletics.”

During the 2021 Summer Meeting, donors will enjoy Aggie camaraderie as well as the amenities of scenic Beaver Creek while taking part in the weekend’s variety of programming centered around A&M Athletics.

Through live sessions such as “The Pulse: Live – Wrecking Crew”, “Business of College Athletics” and “Student-Athlete Experience”, attendees will get a unique perspective directly from coaches and staff as well as current Aggie student-athletes and notable lettermen.

The Donor Impact Dinner will highlight the weekend and celebrate the commitment of loyal 12th Man Foundation donors whose support makes Texas A&M Athletics’ success possible.
