Summer Internship for ID major (Senior graduating in Dec 25)

My son thought he had a summer internship, in Houston, but it doesn't look like it's going to happen. He can either work in Houston or in College Station (has apartment). If anyone has a good lead, I would appreciate it. He's willing to work for the experience (free).
