Son is graduating in December, and he a two buddies have
been looking for housing to get them through December. The problem is that everyone wants them to
sign a 1yr lease. The past 4 years we
have not had to worry about it since they were in the Corps dorms. The apartment people basically won't speak to
them until the end of May when they find out if the will have anything
available and even then they will have to pay rent and utilities during the
summer while they are not even there.
