Should Johnny file a grievance against the Browns?

Essentially they have suspended him for drinking, but not breaking any laws. Based off of the league's previous suspensions, missing any time seems excessive for a night of partying. Also, the Browns would probably need to prove that no other player on the team went out during the bye week (or even the entire season).

I realize Johnny should grow up, but also it's crazy to act like he's the only player on the team who goes out. The NFL is full of douche bags who party every chance they get. I think Johnny is being too nice in this situation by taking his punishment from Cleveland. If I were Johnny I would file a grievance with the players union. He is being held to a different standard than other players.
