Were the police defunded in Waukesha? Or is this a stupid attempt at making a tragic event by a lunatic political? Not a peep from the defund the police left
I think you a fundamental misunderstanding of the purpose of bail. If you say this guy should not have had a bail, that at least makes sense.
How Courts Work

Oh it is way too low. No doubt. And they admitted it.I know how bail works. From your link, bail is set (in part) according to ".....the type of crime alleged, the "dangerousness" of defendants, and the safety of the community." This guy was out on $1,000 bond for attempting to kill a woman in the same vehicle he mowed parade-goers down in. $1,000 seems extremely low for the particular charge, which is the point.
Did you type this with a serious face? Were the police defunded in Waukesha? Or is this a stupid attempt at making a tragic event by a lunatic political?
I did. And you know the answer makes your original statement ignorant.Did you type this with a serious face?
100% agree.is the judge elected or state/federally appointed? go after him with your votes and campaign donations to his opponents, call your state representatives and tell them this is bullshit and demand accountability.
assuming of course you live in Wisconsin, otherwise it's not our problem. going after elected officials that haven't broken any laws is a slippery slope we don't need to be treading to heavily on imo.
I don’t believe you should call anyone ignorant with the crap you have posted over the last two years.I did. And you know the answer makes your original statement ignorant.
