single dude going to be in Thailand on the tail end of a business trip and since it is my first time there planning on staying 7 days or so before flying home.
Downside, in the rainy season, going to be even hotter than normal and they just had a 7.7 earthquake, but outside of that, thoughts on resorts? I plan on doing very little except eat lots of local food, drink a bit, and hang at the pool. May do a day trip and snorkel/scuba but w/o a dive partner.....not so much
