So im confused about the 2nd "depreciation" check payout.
i replaced my roof, paid the deductible and the first check to the roofing company. The total cost of replacement was more than what TWIA's estimate was. Should I be expecting the 2nd check still? Or does that go to the roofer to cover the additional cost occured from them?
