How is your campus doing with teacher retention? How many bailed last year? How many at semester? Are you able to fill sub positions or is everyone covering on conference.
We lost a ton last year. Our campus staff is noticeably younger now. We lost several during the first semester. Some made it to December. A few bailed mid semester. I think we're down 5 more from loss at the semester. There aren't enough subs - even on non Fridays.
Next year is going to be wild.
