Heat... Here in Jacksonville, Florida on Monday an inmate died in JSO custody from a "incident" involving eight JSO correctional officers including one sergeant. He (the inmate) was listed as brain dead.
The City of Jacksonville has asked the local office of the FBI to look into it and the family has retained an attorney.
What is the protocol on something like this Sir? Would this be on camera? Can you walk me through how this would work from your experience...why would 9 correctional officers beat one guy?
I wasn't there and I always am on the side of the law but this one has me wondering.
