Aggie brothers. I’ve been on this board a long time. It feels like I know many of you just by reading your posts over the years. My time has come like many others to ask for prayers.
My son suffered a terrible fractured leg last week Thursday while at a trampoline park. It required a big surgery to place everything back together. He developed a serious infection after surgery and we transferred to Texas Children’s downtown Houston. He is fighting the infection hard but it’s a battle. His young body is doing everything it can and he’s fighting along with the IV antibiotics. The level of emotions I’m dealing with as I watch him in this battle is overwhelming.
If you were to meet Michael, you would meet a very well mannered engaging young man, mature beyond his years of 14. He’d be wearing a Texas A&M ball cap for his beloved #1 ranked Aggie baseball team and look you in the eye when introducing himself with a firm handshake and a smile. He’s an athlete, thinks of others first and always tries to do the right thing while living out his Christian faith in witness to others.
Please pray for strength of his spirit and body to endure this battle and for strength of the entire family and the doctors at Texas Childerens helping him.
