I'm sure there are plenty of you here that have gone through this. I am about 18 months in and it's driving me crazy. I've tried the injections, I've tried insoles, I'm considering platelet therapy. The first 20 minutes of every day are excruciating, I look like a 90 year old man sliding along the floor while things loosen up. Most people I've talked to say it eventually just goes away, some as quickly as a few months, some as long as a few years. The injections worry me because supposedly they weaken everything down there after a period of time. I last had one about six months ago.
Any feedback, especially those that have gone the platelet injections, would be appreciated.
