Pest / Termite Control

I have been meaning to ask what others do for Pest control besides the Spartan Mosquito Eradicator that was previously discussed. I got a few of those, jury still out on effectiveness, but I have other non mosquito issues.

Does anyone use Terminex or Orkin or something else? And what do you think of whoever you use.
