With Terry Bussey set to announce his decision later today, I wanted to pass along what I know and what I have heard...
-- Texas A&M and Oklahoma are the two at the top for Bussey, a player that we consider one of the elite prospects in the nation. A&M has long been in the mix, while the Sooners have really surged over the last few months, dating back to the summer.
-- Sooners WR coach Emmett Jones was the only coach at Bussey's first start of the season earlier this month. That relationship is a significant reason why the Sooners are so heavily involved and Bussey likes his potential fit in Norman.
-- All of that said, I believe that A&M will be the pick today. The Aggies offered early in this recruitment, and those long relationships helped A&M build a pretty solid lead. I was told today that "it's close", but my reading is that A&M holds the edge.
