Honest question. Why is it acceptable for a politician or appointee to blatantly fail to enforce the laws?
This isn't aimed at either party, but more of just an understanding of how we came to this place.
I don't necessarily hold those them in violation if the the defendant is acquitted of the charges, but it seems more likely that someone is not held accountable for their crimes especially when they are easily proven i.e. like caught on tape committing the crime.
