Looks like our illustrious Lt Gov got his way, SB3 was pushed thru. Hoping that DEA will reschedule THC soon enough but in the meantime, all the gummies and THC drinks floating around are going to be illegal. It's actually pretty wild...there is a liquor distributor who went ALL IN on THC drinks a couple years ago, and Total Wine invested heavily in it, taking up entire aisles of only THC drinks that now they will not be able to sell or move at all.
Until it goes thru, places like Erth Wellness or Chill Country HQ'd in Austin can still ship, so I guess we need to load up.
