If anyone has students or kids looking to rent something starting August 1 for Fall and Spring next school year I just had one home become available, a brand new four bedroom 4.5 bath townhome currently under construction will be finished in May, all bedrooms are en suite.
It was rented, but evidently my tenants had a falling out right before signing the lease and now it’s going to be available. 😡
Super nice townhome, end unit, we are asking 800 per bedroom because of the new construction and construction going on around it as they construct the pool things like that but hard to find something nice for that price. Spray foam insulation, wood floors downstairs, quartz countertops etc…
