Need advice on my shaft

Starting to play some golf again. My old ass can’t generate the club head speed I used to.
I love my 3 wood but can’t get it up. Stiff shaft…
Looking for a low kick point shaft. What is a good shaft to look at?
Figure one of you guys might have the same shaft issue.
