I would think so too. If the NCAA is to make a decision on his status on Wednesday that means A&M has completed their "investigation" which has been forwarded to the NCAA. Your University president has publicly stated that they have found no wrong doing. He probably is not a fool so I would assume that he has seen what the law firm hired by A&M has put together for the NCAA. This law firm some how got Cam Newton cleared so they do have a outstanding track record!

I just saw a report saying he is suspended for the first half this weekend. It's over and he's in the clear.
Yep...but wasn't over accepting money for autographs. The NCAA acknowledged they found NO EVIDENCE of such accusations. He was going to sit for half of the Rice game anyway. So it's a win...and case closed! Sorry ESPN/Rovell/Schad.
