Prepare to be underwhelmed. This was a foregone conclusion due to Sumlin's difficulty with hiring/firing staff. He knew Spavital was sucking it up last year and brought a guy in with 20 years of coordinator credentials for the run game (which did look better as the season went on.). Sumlin wanted changes but he doesn't have it to make them quickly. There is a lot of historical data to back this up. He only makes changes when forced to do so - either by $$$ alum or to save his ass.
Christensen has 20 years of experience and was probably promised coordinator duties eventually if he came here. Expect to see an offense similar to Utah recently or mid-00s Mizzou.
