Without getting into all the details, be bought a home about a year ago and have been noticing some issues. The seller (who flipped the house) was willing to make the necessary repairs at first, then his contractor walked on him (with the money), and it looks like he is going through a divorce now... so let's just say his responsiveness has waned.
