Louisville, KY - Restaurants or Distillery (NFR)

Anyone recommend a good restaurant in Louisville or a distillery not too far off the beaten path that also offer dinners. I'll be there next month with some clients and prefer to take them to a distillery, but haven't been able to find anything that works, so I'll settle for AY recommendations on restaurants.
