JFF’s mom arrested for dwi in Kerrville. While dwi is a serious situation, I grew up in Kerrville, and the local PD was then a bunch of CSPD wannabe’s. Not saying she wasn’t drunk, maybe she was. I do know the KPD has always gone out of their way to find a reason to pull you over. Bored I guess. Just like everyone else in Kville.
