Released yesterday all over, but here are the highlights:

COLLEGE STATION – Jimbo Fisher’s contract at Texas A&M as of Monday includes all of the necessary signatures, and the Houston Chronicle obtained a copy Tuesday. A handful of highlights from the 10-year, $75 million deal:

• Fisher’s base salary is $500,000 annually, with a “supplemental” income of $7 million annually. The contract includes the “use of two luxury vehicles” and one country club membership of Fisher’s choosing in Brazos County.

• The minimum salary pool for assistants is $5 million, and “the pool will be adjusted each year to a level which will enable the University’s football program to remain competitive with all other top-tier SEC football programs …”

• Fisher will receive $100,000 if the Aggies win the SEC West, $200,000 if they win the SEC title game, $100,000 if they make a non-New Year’s Six bowl game, $200,000 for a New Year’s Six bowl showing, $300,000 for a College Football Playoff semifinals appearance, $500,000 for a CFP finals appearance and $1 million for winning a national title.

• “Fringe benefits” include 12-16 football season tickets, four men’s basketball season tickets, and “use of private aircraft by Coach at cost not to exceed $300,000 annually.”

• “Termination by University for cause” includes “a serious or major violation or a pattern of violations of any SEC, NCAA or University rules …”; failure to report to the A&M compliance staff any such known violations; and “failure by Coach to promptly report to the University’s Title IX coordinator or the Athletic Department’s Senior Woman Administrator or law enforcement in the case of an emergency” any “illegal gender discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, intimate partner violence, stalking and/or related retaliation.”
