According to a story by Cassandra Negley in The Sporting News:



The woman's lawyers said they're working "to evaluate the conduct

of a number of individuals and entities in this matter and assess their

civil and criminal liability," according to Fox Sports.

That includes:

Winston and the conduct of Tallacrappy State Police (GoB's). They

will also look into the conduct of the FSU officials, who are questioned

to have not conducted the prompt investigation into the situation required,

and could file a Title IX Federal lawsuit.

"I am confident that anyone who has liability in this case will be held
accountable and justice will be served for my client at the end of the day."



So yep, looks to me like several of those 'good ole boy' criminoles,
are now in a heap of hot gass.....

Because I wonder who the crimies will be playing at QB next season....

Better to talk about a title IX lawsuit than the fact you are behind UCF and FAU on the field. How do you plan on getting ahead of them? Will you tell us?

Yep, those criminoles sure KNOW how to pic-um alright....

Florida State recruit Cinmeon Bowers and two of his teammates from Chipola College

in Florida were arrested Jan. 16th for tampering with evidence after being pulled over by

the Marianna Police Department for a speeding violation. The 20-year-old Bowers, a 6-6

PF at the junior college, ate marijuana to prevent officers from discovering it.
Criminole coach Leonard Hamilton told ESPN he will wait until a final decision has been
made before deciding on what to do with Bowers after the proceedings. Bowers committed
to the criminoles in September.

He had been averaging 14.8 points and 8.8 rebounds in 16 appearances this season for the
Chipola Indians, so his exotic diet will likely be ignored.
