Now that Trev has spoken and the “if you’re not happy” comment is in proper context, my opinion of Trev is pretty high. The staff decisions aside (Parker specifically). You have a coach not responding to you, canceling meetings, etc. it was a moment for Trev to let Schloss know, I know what is going on. Confirm his fears, but do it in a way that wasn’t divisive, that kept the season on its path. At the same time, start the search for his replacement. Good quality in any leadership role, when emotions were at there highest he was calculated and dare I say forward thinking. A quality I haven’t seen within aTm athletics and something I have railed on.
