Hey Aggies, Does anyone have any first hand experience with the Hazelwood Act? How does it work? What are the requirements? Was a resident of Texas when I commissioned in '90 at A&M Have 2 kids getting ready to look at colleges. Didn't know if I needed to be current resident. Currently living in wonderful Maryland right now.
